Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms apply to all projects, products, and services provided by Warkora Joinery Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Prices are in AUD and may change due to material costs or project variations.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to confirm all orders. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery or completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or delay project completion.
4. Design & Ownership
Design concepts, drawings, and renders remain the property of Warkora Joinery until full payment is received.
Custom designs may not be replicated or used by third parties without written consent.
5. Delivery & Installation
We make every effort to meet agreed timelines; however, delays may occur due to material supply, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will notify clients promptly of any schedule changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Warkora Joinery is not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications after installation.
Our total liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing before production begins.
Once materials are ordered or manufacturing has started, cancellation fees will apply to cover costs incurred.
2. Refunds
As all products are custom-made to order, refunds are not available for change of mind.
We will, however, repair or replace any faulty items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
3. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once design approval or production has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty & Service Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All Warkora Joinery products come with a 12 months workmanship warranty, covering defects in craftsmanship or installation under normal residential or commercial use.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning
Normal wear and tear
Modifications or repairs made by unauthorised parties
Water or heat damage caused by external factors
3. Claim Process
To make a claim, contact info@warkora.com.au with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We will assess the matter and arrange repair, replacement, or service within a reasonable timeframe.
